IKIGAI and Switch Bar invite guests to an intimate evening combining Japanese sushi with vinyl music culture in central Copenhagen. Professional sushi chefs prepare a special menu featuring a starter, 16 pieces of sushi, and a glass of wine, while DJs Ivan Dallmann and Adrat curate the soundtrack on vinyl throughout the evening.
The sushi menu is served between 18:00 and 20:00, and capacity is very limited. A relaxed blend of Japanese dining, wine, and carefully selected music in the cozy setting of Switch Bar.
